Accessibility Standard
BPOCM aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2, Level AA for content and functionality BPOCM controls.
This is an aim and ongoing program—not a guarantee that every page, file, third-party tool, or legacy item is fully conformant at every moment.

Client-owned websites, systems, courses, documents, and applications may have their own accessibility statements and responsibilities.

BPOCM uses or may use third-party:

- course platforms;

- chat tools;
- AI tools;
- voice or avatar tools;
- embedded content;
- plugins;
- software.
BPOCM does not control every aspect of third-party accessibility.
We aim to:
- consider accessibility when selecting providers;
- configure available accessibility features;
- report material barriers;
- provide an alternative path where reasonably possible.
Client-Provided and Legacy Content
Some barriers may come from:
- client-provided content;
- third-party documents;
- old PDFs;
- recordings without captions;
- inaccessible vendor widgets;
- legacy pages;
- media awaiting remediation.
BPOCM may prioritize remediation based on:
- severity;
- usage;
- legal requirements;
- user impact;
- available alternatives;
- technical feasibility;
- project scope.
Alternative Access and Reasonable Assistance
If a page, form, document, video, course, scheduling tool, or other digital experience is difficult to use, contact BPOCM.
We will work in good faith to provide the information, service, or a reasonable alternative through another accessible method when feasible.
Possible alternatives may include:
- email;
- telephone;
- accessible document;
- transcript;
- captioned content;
- human-assisted form completion;
- another scheduling method;
- another communication channel.
Accessibility Feedback
Report an accessibility barrier by emailing Admin@BPOCM.com with the subject Accessibility Request .
Include, when possible:
- name and contact information;
- page or file;
- web address;
- description of the barrier;
- browser and device;
- assistive technology;
- preferred format or accommodation;
- urgency or deadline.

Do not include unnecessary sensitive medical information.
Response Process
BPOCM aims to:
- acknowledge an accessibility request within two business days;
- investigate the reported barrier;
- communicate available alternatives;
- prioritize remediation based on impact and feasibility;
- provide updates when resolution requires additional time.
Ongoing Improvement
BPOCM may use:
- automated testing;
- manual keyboard review;
- screen-reader testing;
- contrast testing;
- zoom and reflow testing;
- mobile testing;
- form testing;
- document review;
- caption and transcript review;
- user feedback;
- third-party accessibility information.
Automated testing alone cannot identify every barrier.
Procurement and Client Work
When accessibility is within an approved client scope, BPOCM may:
- define accessibility requirements;
- recommend accessible platforms;
- create acceptance criteria;
- test work;
- coordinate specialists;
- document known limitations;
- provide remediation recommendations.
The client remains responsible for legal decisions, ongoing content, third-party tools, and obligations not assigned to BPOCM in writing.
No Retaliation
BPOCM will not intentionally retaliate against a person for requesting accessibility assistance or reporting a barrier.
No Waiver of Rights
Nothing in this statement limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes
BPOCM may update this statement as standards, technology, services, or practices change.
The page will show the current update date.
